Therapy with me is a collaborative journey — where your goals, challenges, and lived experiences shape every step we take. My aim is to empower you not just to feel supported, but to create meaningful change and improve daily functioning, whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, or the impact of trauma.
I’ve worked with adults in hospital and community settings, including Gracie Square Hospital and Hamilton Madison House. At Gracie Square, I facilitated therapeutic activities and provided crisis support for clients in distress. At Hamilton Madison House, I conducted mental health assessments, led wellness groups, and connected clients with resources to enhance their well-being. These experiences, especially working with diverse cultural backgrounds, have deepened my empathy and shaped my open, humble approach to therapy.
Much of my work draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a practical and adaptable framework that helps you notice unhelpful thought patterns, develop real-world coping skills, and build the kind of self-awareness that leads to greater confidence, balance, and satisfaction in daily life. But just as important as any technique is the atmosphere we create together: one where you can show up without fear or judgment, feel truly heard, and know that your pace and comfort come first.
