With more than 14 years of experience in nursing — including addiction medicine, community mental health, and psychiatric care — I bring a grounded, cooperative approach to helping clients work toward mental wellness. One of the most meaningful parts of my job is showing up consistently throughout the healing process: witnessing progress, offering a steady presence, and helping people move toward greater balance and clarity.
I have experience treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, and I take a solutions-focused, patient-centered approach to care. I make a point to incorporate each individual’s cultural and spiritual beliefs into their treatment plan, recognizing that mental health is shaped by the values, relationships, and communities that surround us. My style is holistic and growth-oriented, and I believe meaningful change begins when clients feel genuinely heard and empowered.
I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, including seniors, LGBTQ+ clients, individuals on the autism spectrum, and those from culturally diverse communities. I hope that every person I encounter leaves sessions feeling seen, equipped with practical tools, and more connected to themselves and others.
