I am a therapist with experience working in hospitals, community clinics, and telehealth settings. I specialize in treating a wide range of anxiety disorders and excel in helping clients achieve balance in their lives. Using tailored therapeutic techniques, I support individuals in managing stress, reducing anxiety, enforcing boundaries and building sustainable habits that enhance both their personal and professional lives.
I work with individuals aged 18 and over and have experience treating various diagnoses, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, autism, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and personality disorders. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I use to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related issues like general anxiety, social anxiety and depression. This approach helps facilitate meaningful behavioral change.
My practice is eclectic and client-centered, focusing on understanding each person’s unique challenges, building trust and rapport, providing support, and working together to find solutions. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, EMDR and other modalities to help clients achieve their treatment goals.
What I am most passionate about is supporting clients in transforming their suffering into thriving. My mission is to create a safe and empowering space where clients can discuss sensitive issues and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
