Rivia Mind was born in New York City on May 17th 2017. Happy Birthday Rivia Mind!

Rivia Mind opened its doors.

2018
We started to have our first employee and soon grew a clinical team.

April 2018
We had 100 active patients.

By the end of 2018, we had 2 nurse practitioners, 1 social worker and 1 admin working with us.

December 2018
Was our first dinner as a company during the holidays.

July 2019
We moved from a coworking shared office space to our own. It was half a floor of completely empty space and we built out into 8 individual offices.

January 2020
We had 500 active patients!

February 2020
COVID-19 We were monitoring it closely as a company, we began to move into a more tele-health model of service.

March 2020
We closed our doors and migrated to work remotely immediately.

November 24, 2020
We expanded into 3 more states! New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida

December 2020
We tried to uplift everyone’s morale during the pandemic by having fun social events virtually.

Summer 2021
We finally saw everyone again in-person during our summer social. Our team grew to about 30 people.

2021
By the end of 2021, we had over 50 individuals actively working to support our patient care, 1,000 active patients and completed over 20,000 visits in that year.

Summer social and celebrating our 5 year anniversary!

Holiday dinner in 2022, we had over 75 guests come

By the end of 2022, we had 3034 total active patients.

Virtual Town Hall meeting in 2023. We also reached over 100 staff members!

We got backstage access because one of our clinicians’ husbands was on broadway. It was very meaningful for us to come out and support the show!

July 2023
We have established a robust internal co-learning culture and we have launched our own CME course.

August 2023
We were invited by one of the Rivia Clinicians to attend and witness a US Air Force mission to refuel a military plane in midair!

October 2023
We have over 120 employees working in 23 states. It's not easy for everyone to get together in person anymore, but we try our best to celebrate in person at least annually. Here is our employee appreciation day for the patient operations team.

We expanded into Massachusetts!

Our company doubled in size from Jan 2023 - Jan 2024, adding new staff members to expand our patient reach.
