I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides affirming, strengths-based care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, dysregulation, and neurodivergence. My work is collaborative and adaptive, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic principles, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed methods.
I began my career supporting children and adolescents with developmental differences. As an Early Intervention Provider, I delivered tailored services using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and JASPER strategies — a play-based model that builds engagement and self-regulation. Collaborating with families and professionals to foster early growth and witnessing progress firsthand was especially meaningful to me.
Later, as a Family Counselor, I used a family systems approach to deliver intensive care for at-risk households. Through crisis response, treatment planning, and CBT, I addressed complex behavioral needs. That role deepened my understanding of relational dynamics and the value of truly compassionate, whole-person care.
I have particular experience with individuals managing ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression, as well as those navigating life changes, trauma, or low self-esteem. Each session is shaped around the person in front of me, building awareness, improving executive functioning, and helping clients better understand themselves.
