My work as a therapist is rooted in creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported. I believe therapy is not only a place for healing, but also for deeper self-discovery — where patients can explore their experiences, build insight, and reconnect with their own strength and resilience.
In my clinical experience, I’ve supported adolescents, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem challenges, addiction, identity development, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I also help patients explore not only what they are feeling in the present, but also the deeper experiences that may be shaping those struggles.
My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic work, and person-centered therapy, adapting care to meet each patient’s unique needs and goals. My goal is to help my patients build both insight and practical tools that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
I am especially passionate about increasing access to culturally responsive, affirming, and high-quality mental health care, and helping reduce the stigma that can prevent people from seeking support. I strive to create a space that feels genuine, grounded, and collaborative, where my patients can feel empowered to reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence.
