I’m a therapist who supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of life transitions and challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness within a person-centered framework grounded in empathy and respect. With a background in wellness coaching and therapeutic yoga, I bring a mind-body perspective to therapy—helping patients build sustainable habits, reduce stress, and deepen self-awareness and confidence.
My most meaningful professional experience was working in community mental health, where I had the privilege of building strong therapeutic relationships with individuals from all walks of life. I saw firsthand the power of helping people reconnect with their strengths, gain insight, and experience a renewed sense of empowerment through consistent and collaborative support.
I especially enjoy working with college students and young adults, and I have experience supporting individuals exploring their gender identity or sexual orientation, navigating substance use, or seeking support with emotional regulation. I help patients strengthen communication skills, develop coping strategies, and build healthier relationships.
I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship—a space where you can bring your full self without judgment. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where we can explore your experiences, make sense of what’s been difficult, and move toward a life that reflects your values and priorities.
