My approach to therapy is centered in compassion, curiosity, and mutual respect. I believe the therapeutic relationship offers a unique space where people can safely explore their inner experiences, build self-awareness, and develop a deeper sense of connection with themselves and others. My goal is to create an open, collaborative environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story and confident taking meaningful steps toward growth.
Earlier in my career, I worked in psychiatric rehabilitation, where I supported individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness. That experience grounded my understanding of how biological, psychological, and social factors shape mental health — and how healing often happens through both individual insight and community connection. In the years since, I’ve provided psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults across diverse settings, helping clients navigate challenges within families, workplaces, and broader systems.
I treat a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma and stress-related conditions, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental presentations. I also have experience supporting individuals with complex trauma, psychotic disorders, and personality-related challenges. My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), integrating these frameworks to help clients identify patterns, strengthen self-compassion, and cultivate healthier relationships.
I know that finding the right therapist can feel daunting, and I honor the trust it takes to begin this process. I strive to meet each person where they are, offering nonjudgmental support and genuine partnership in creating lasting change. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll feel empowered to live with greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment.
