You deserve to feel truly seen and valued, and I am committed to creating a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space for every session. While pursuing my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at Columbia University, I completed clinical internships that allowed me to work with adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and psychosocial stressors related to family dynamics and socioeconomic hardship. I also provided individual psychotherapy to adults and strengthened my clinical skills through ongoing supervision and direct evidence-based practice. These experiences shaped my training and reinforced my commitment to patient-centered and trauma-informed care rooted in empathy and respect.
I’ve had the privilege of working with teens and adults across diverse life stages and backgrounds, supporting them through a range of challenges — including mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, grief, trauma, workplace stress, cultural identity concerns, and challenges related to family and relationships. As an athlete myself, I also understand the unique pressures that sports can bring — balancing performance, identity, and well-being — and I enjoy supporting athletes and active individuals as they navigate these challenges. I integrate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral activation, and mindfulness, with particular attention to how behavioral changes and physical activity can enhance emotional regulation and support psychological well-being.
My approach to care is person-centered and strengths-based, grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs and values.
