As a licensed master social worker, I am dedicated to helping individuals move from feeling stuck to living a thriving and abundant life. I specialize in supporting clients through challenges related to trauma, relationship conflict, codependency, family-of-origin issues, and various forms of addiction, including substance use, sex, pornography, and food.
I also frequently work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and attachment issues. My approach draws on a wide variety of research-backed practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, somatic therapy, psychoeducation, and inner-child work.
Before entering private practice, I supported individuals at a domestic violence shelter through one-on-one and group counseling. It was an incredibly meaningful experience to walk alongside women as they reclaimed their safety, autonomy, and sense of self. Being part of that journey — watching people break harmful cycles and take courageous steps toward healing — remains one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do.
In therapy, I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where you can feel seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and cultivate boundaries that support your growth. I believe in your capacity to heal, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you shape a life that feels true to who you are.
