I have worked as a registered nurse since 2011, with clinical experience that includes time in intensive care units supporting patients and families through the most difficult moments of their lives. Progress can be slow in these settings, making even small improvements feel monumental. Being part of a team that could make a difference hour by hour reinforced for me the importance of consistency, presence, and sustained commitment in patient care.

My approach is collaborative and biopsychosocial. I focus on understanding the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence symptoms, and I work alongside patients to develop a shared treatment plan. When appropriate, I integrate medication management with therapeutic modalities to address symptoms while also supporting insight, coping skills, and long-term growth.

With experience treating young and established adults as well as LGBTQ+ individuals with generalized anxiety disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, psychosis, and other mood disorders, I’ve helped patients regain control of their lives when it felt impossibly out of reach. I place strong value on building long-term therapeutic relationships — taking the time to understand a patient’s story, observe progress, and adapt care as life evolves is central to my practice.

Why Work with Me?

My ICU experience underscored how closely mental and physical health are intertwined, making me especially passionate about education and patient empowerment. Emotional distress often impacts medical outcomes, and attending to psychological well-being is frequently a critical component of physical recovery. When people have a clear grasp of their diagnosis and treatment options, they’re better equipped to participate meaningfully in their care and move forward with a greater sense of control. I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where I take the time to fully understand your lived reality. I practice collaboratively — we make decisions together, and I will always explain options, risks, and benefits so you feel confident in your care. No two individuals are alike, and my goal is to help every person who walks through my door find success in their unique mental health journey.
