I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in both school-based and clinical settings. Previously, I worked at a school-based mental health clinic, where I supported children and families from kindergarten through 12th grade.
I have experience working with adults and young adults managing attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and anxiety. My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP). I am passionate about building strong connections with my patients and creating a warm, comfortable space dedicated to their well-being and personal growth.
My hope is for my patients to feel empowered to express themselves openly and gain insights that lead to meaningful change. I believe in each person’s capacity for growth and healing, and I am committed to supporting them on that journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. Active listening, empathy, and collaboration are at the heart of my approach to care.
