Welcome! I’m here to support you as you progress on your journey, and I look forward to taking this next step together. Therapy can create meaningful, lasting change when built on trust, insight, and genuine human connection. My approach is grounded in evidence-based principles shaped around your individual goals and rooted in a belief in your capacity for growth. Warmth, curiosity, and collaboration guide each session, with your strengths serving as the foundation for the work we do.
I’ve had the privilege to work in private practice and school-based settings that informed how I think about care. In private practice, I especially valued watching patients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move through life’s challenges within a space that felt truly supportive. In school settings, I found purpose in fostering students’ social-emotional development, academic growth, and college and career readiness — working alongside families and educators to foster connections beyond the individual. Across both environments, what stayed with me was witnessing people develop greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding, and that developmental arc continues to shape my clinical focus today.
OCD, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and PTSD sit at the center of my specialty work, particularly how they affect daily thoughts, emotions, and functioning. I also support patients navigating depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, family dynamics, life transitions, sports performance, work-life balance, and questions of identity, meaning, and purpose.
College and graduate students, adults facing academic pressure, and those at career crossroads make up a noteworthy part of my practice. My work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse neurodevelopmental backgrounds has further strengthened my ability to adapt to different communication styles, emotional needs, and developmental experiences — and that flexibility carries into every patient relationship.
Modalities I draw from include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness-based interventions, always tailored to the individual. I place strong emphasis on the mind-body connection, recognizing how deeply emotional well-being and daily habits influence one another in everyday life. When we attend to both, coping strategies tend to feel more sustainable and supportive.
