I take time to truly understand each person’s story so we can create a care plan that feels validating, personalized, and realistic for their life. I bring experience in treatment-resistant depression and psychiatric crisis care, along with work supporting adults living with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, with a strong focus on risk assessment, de-escalation, and stabilization when it matters most. Above all, I want clients to feel respected, empowered, and genuinely seen.
My crisis care background has been especially meaningful, allowing me to support people during high-intensity moments when timely assessment and calm presence are essential. I have also worked in outpatient psychiatry with a focus on ketamine-assisted therapy and Spravato administration. In that setting, it was deeply rewarding to witness transformational changes for those facing persistent depressive symptoms and to help guide them as daily life became more manageable.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns using evidence-based psychopharmacology and supportive therapy. I have had particular success assisting adults with complex or long-standing depression, as well as those working toward crisis stabilization, emotional regulation, and longer-term mood balance.
