I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Columbia University in New York. I have experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and perinatal mood disorders.
I enjoy working with a diverse population, including young adults and college students, individuals from religious backgrounds, and those facing perinatal challenges. My practice is rooted in a collaborative, patient-centered approach where I see clients as experts in their own lives. By offering both therapy and medication management, I tailor care to meet the unique needs of each individual, understanding that mental health care is not one-size-fits-all.
I am committed to creating a comfortable and validating environment where my clients feel safe and supported. I recognize that the journey to mental wellness requires both courage and compassionate guidance, and I am dedicated to equipping my clients with the resources and strategies they need to thrive.
