I am a therapist who has worked in community and outpatient mental health treating mood disorders, trauma, grief and stress in several populations including children, college students and seniors. I also have experience providing LGBTQ+-affirming care.
I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and have experience focusing on borderline personality disorder (BPD) as well as other issues that arise in our lives such as emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, professional challenges and generally enhancing our abilities to navigate every day stress with new strategies.
I offer psychoeducation and draw skills primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT to guide sessions and improve clients’ quality of life. I also offer supportive talk therapy throughout the work to help slow down, build a safe space and comfortable environment and follow your needs.
I use a person-centered approach towards creating goals together, and create a shared understanding of what your needs are to increase meaning, wellness and flow in everyday life.
