As both a Licensed Master Social Worker and former educator, I bring curiosity, expertise, and collaborative authenticity to our time together. My greatest joy comes from witnessing that spark of recognition when someone discovers they can approach familiar challenges in new ways — and the empowerment that comes with that realization.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed, my role is to help guide you toward clarity and self-compassion. Throughout my years in private practice and educational settings, I’ve supported individuals through depression, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and the complexities of human relationships. Rather than settling for surface-level coping strategies, we’ll explore what lies beneath emotional overwhelm, building resilience and cultivating balance from within.
Creating a safe, understanding space where deep connection happens naturally is one of my core strengths. This allows us to move forward with actionable steps that honor your unique pace and readiness. My therapeutic framework leverages psychodynamic insights, mindfulness practices, and parts work, often while incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy tools when unhelpful thought processes need restructuring.
I welcome adults from diverse walks of life — including those navigating creative, caregiving, or high-pressure careers, as well as individuals managing chronic health conditions or the lasting impacts of trauma. Family relationship patterns that echo into the present, periods of self-doubt, and the disconnection that follows chronic stress are areas where I’ve developed particular expertise. Through these challenges, I’ve successfully helped clients reconnect with their bodies, reclaim agency, and write the next chapter of their story with intention and hope.
