I am a New York-raised therapist with extensive experience applying attachment theory in clinical practice. Before this role, I worked at a law firm specializing in child abuse and custody battles and in a private mental healthcare practice. I enjoy working with people of all ages through painful parts of their stories, and seeing them flourish on the other side brings me the greatest fulfillment.
I believe attachment theory is a valuable tool for understanding how various attachment styles develop and how they shape interpersonal relationships. I have experience helping individuals navigate relationship challenges, struggles with personal boundaries, depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, bipolar disorder and attachment wounds. In therapy, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic techniques, attachment theory therapy, and trauma-focused therapy approaches to address and manage these issues effectively.
My passion is creating a space where clients feel truly heard, cared for, seen, and supported in their healing journey. While therapy can be uncomfortable and challenging, my goal is to be a safe presence to help clients through some of their darkest times and memories. I have extensive experience working with young adults and am committed to walking alongside clients as they face difficult challenges. My approach balances challenging clients to create change while providing the validation and empathy they need.
