Meaningful change happens when trust and honest dialogue form the foundation of our time together, and I work to cultivate that balance in every single session. I believe that only when people feel truly seen and secure can they fully realize the courage they hold to tackle the issues that seem most overwhelming.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults, finding purpose in supporting people through any chapter of life. Some of my cherished moments as a therapist occur when patients “graduate” from treatment — pausing to acknowledge their monumental progress and celebrate how far they’ve come is always deeply fulfilling.
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety and trauma-related experiences, witnessing firsthand how transformative it can be when people develop strategies to cope and cultivate resilience. I remain flexible in my methods, customizing care to each individual’s unique circumstances, with particular proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy.
