Alexandra “Lexi” Campbell,

Therapist

, LMSW

With clinical training spanning private outpatient practice, community-based services, and volunteer crisis hotline work, I’ve been honored to witness a wide breadth of the human experience, from moments of crisis to the meaningful pursuit of long-term growth.

My therapeutic practice is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and deep respect for each person’s experiences and perspectives. I use a compassionate yet pragmatic approach that helps sessions feel useful, supportive, and aligned with your goals.

I support patients across the lifespan navigating anxiety, panic, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship complications, life transitions, depression, emotion regulation, family dynamics, trauma, stress, work-related concerns, and identity exploration. I also specialize in working with the neurodiverse community, including individuals with Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD, as well as those with sensory processing challenges, executive function difficulties, and neurodivergent burnout.

In her work, Lexi draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic-based interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and neurodivergent-affirming care. Rather than applying a fixed framework, I focus on creating an adaptable therapeutic space that is responsive, thoughtful, creative,  and tailored to each person’s needs.

Why Work with Me?

As a clinician with lived experience of neurodivergence, I’m committed to providing care that is responsive, flexible, and informed by an understanding of neurodiverse ways of thinking and experiencing the world. There is a significant gap in mental healthcare for neurodivergent individuals. Neurodiverse individuals face higher risks of mental health challenges and often have trouble finding care that understands their brain differences. I strive to offer support that feels thoughtful and respectful, where members of this community feel truly heard and cared for with humility. There is no right or wrong way to come to therapy, and I welcome people of all backgrounds and experiences. My aim is to create a safe, warm, and welcoming place for patients to express themselves with authenticity, pursue their goals, and find restorative healing and growth.
