I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience treating anxiety, depression, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), mood disorders, women’s mental health, eating disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I worked at a trauma step-down unit when I was a registered nurse, helping patients and their families during one of the most distressing times of their lives.
I am passionate about educating clients about mental healthcare and providing them with the information they need to feel safe and confident engaging in their treatment plans. I am also passionate about reducing mental health stigma, especially among young adults.
I am invested in providing a comfortable and open space for every client to express their concerns and questions openly and without judgment. I hope my clients feel comfortable engaging in care and, therefore, be invested in their individualized treatment plan. I approach care through a whole-person lens and aspire to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for each patient. I strive to ensure patients feel heard and provide a thorough and thoughtful assessment.
