It’s April, and spring weather is finally here! This can be a beautiful, refreshing time of year, but just because the flowers and leaves are budding again does not mean that everything is smooth sailing. In fact, April is known as Stress Awareness Month. 

Fortunately, Rivia has you covered with resources for managing stress, blogs on the topic, and even a quiz to assess your own stress. We’ve also welcomed new skilled and compassionate clinicians this month.

Let’s Recognize Stress Awareness Month

According to the American Institute of Stress, as many as 55% of Americans are stressed throughout the day. Stress can come from work, school, social interactions, or chronic health conditions. As the news grows more and more hectic, our stress grows long-term, in a way that our bodies aren’t built to handle. Stress can have an impact on your physical health as much as your mental health. 

It’s important to take time to manage your stress. Rivia Mind has put together a resource page with tips for managing stress.  In addition, we’ve also put together a quiz to help you determine how stressed you are.
