I have a Master of Science in Nursing and eight years of experience as a nurse in New York City. During that time, I worked with expectant mothers in labor and delivery and pain management and received specialized training in bereavement care. In 2024, after receiving my master’s degree, I interned with Rivia Mind.

I have experience working with patients dealing with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum psychiatric disorders, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. As an intern, I worked with patients independently and collaborated with their goals to create a customized care plan. I also utilized sessions of medication management, including titrating, tapering, cross-tapering, and trialing of new medication. I utilized talk therapy as a way of supplementing medication management by finding patterns and working through issues that might interfere with treatment goals and progress.

I am passionate about maternal mental health and reproductive psychiatry. Thus, I am constantly learning and advancing as a practitioner in this specialty. I believe it is important to have an educated, specialized provider for conditions that may have been overlooked or ignored in the past. I have worked with pregnant and postpartum patients, college students, veterans, young professionals and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I hope to create a safe space where clients can share their goals and work together with me to come up with a plan to achieve those goals. I aim to give patients the tools they need to improve their mental health and overall well-being. My philosophy of care is based on a whole-body and compassionate approach that fosters open communication and trust to create a healing environment. I wish to empower clients with knowledge and guide them to develop healthy coping skills, which will enhance their autonomy and allow them to flourish. I also embrace a lifetime love of learning and staying informed about the latest evidence-based practices and healthcare trends.

Why Work with Me?

I bring a compassionate, whole-body approach to care. I am passionate about creating a safe space where patients can share their goals and collaborate with me to achieve them. By combining medication management, talk therapy and evidence-based practices, I aim to empower my patients with the knowledge and tools to improve their mental health, enhance autonomy and thrive.
